Startup Maryland is gearing up for year three of the Pitch Across Maryland tour, during which entrepreneurs statewide will have a chance to pitch their startup ideas on board a converted bus and, if they make it to the final round, compete against other startups for a grand prize at the 2014 Entrepreneur Expo.
The tour, which will take place from Sept. 15 through Oct. 3 this year, is planning five Baltimore city stops, as the Baltimore Business Journal reports:
Entrepreneurs in Baltimore have plenty to look forward to. [Startup Maryland cofounder Mike] Binko said he expects to make five stops in Baltimore, one of which will likely be at the University of Baltimore. Startup Maryland is also planning to stop at an incubator or two, although locations haven’t been confirmed yet.
