Last week two men met at the Johns Hopkins University to debate the merits of the National Security Agency‘s domestic and international surveillance programs, something current NSA director Gen. Keith Alexander has called a necessary “hornet’s nest.”
Former NSA director Gen. Michael Hayden squared off against Dr. David Cole, a professor of constitutional law, national security and criminal justice at Georgetown University.
