Canton-based global mobile advertising company Millennial Media reported revenues of $96.7 million in Q4 of 2013.
But that comes against Q4 losses of $3.8 million, according to the Baltimore Sun. The losses in the latest quarter of 2013 follow a pattern Millennial has largely hewed to since its initial public offering in 2012: posting higher revenues per quarter against multimillion-dollar losses.
The company, however, doesn’t seem worried. In an interview with Technical.ly Baltimore, Millennial Media cofounder Paul Palmieri — who stepped down as CEO in January, but is staying on at Millennial in an advisory role — said the company “will post profitability when it’s smart to do so, and will be investing in growth while this [mobile advertising] market is growing incredibly fast.”
