who’s getting funded?

Data Design Corp., based in Rockville, Md., has raised $11.2 million in equity, according to SEC filings. The big data company creates “small-footprint devices capable of searching structured and unstructured data at unprecedented speeds of more than 2.2 million records per second.”

who’s making moves?

TechBreakfast, the monthly, morning startup showcase, is expanding again. Frederick TechBreakfast, which will take place four times per year, begins March 25.
