The second annual Baltimore Innovation Week and the Pitch Across Maryland bus tour from Startup Maryland will each conclude this Fri. Sept. 27 from 6-9pm with the first ‘Innovation Celebration,’ a cocktail party meets local tech demo exhibit fair outside at the promenade on the Under Amour Tide Point campus.
Buy tickets, $20 early-bird and $30 general admission and at the door, here.
The evening, which will feature beer and wine, music, light fare and an array of locally built technology, will be an opportunity for members from the various corners of Baltimore and Maryland technology, entrepreneurship and innovation to come together.
Local tech that will be on hand to play with and explore include Project Gado, the digitization robot, the Wham City Lights crowdsourced light show app, video games from Pure Bang Games, local FIRST robotics, investors, entrepreneurs, artists and more. It will be the final stop for the month-long Pitch Across Maryland bus tour, where entrepreneurs can have their business pitches filmed and distributed. The winners of the first ever people’s choice Baltimore Innovation Week awards will also be announced.
