Undergraduate students at Loyola University Maryland were responsible for stocking the college’s new app store in a year-long apps contest that kicked off during spring semester 2012.
From a pool of 37 ideas submitted, the iGoForth apps contest had three teams of 13 students coding mobile apps during fall 2012 and spring 2013. The winning app, for Loyola’s campus-based Center for Community Service and Justice, was produced by a team of four, three of whom were studying abroad in New Zealand this spring.
