The startup, which allows users to sign in to multiple sites using a single password through a Chrome extension, was cofounded in October 2012 by “Big Brain Theory” contestant Andrew Stroup. Stroup was previously a member of TeamPassword, another password manager that was the winning team from Startup Weekend held during Baltimore Innovation Week in September 2012.
