On Wednesday morning is another installment of D.C. TechBreakfast. Then, Thursday night, spend some time at the grand opening of the Digital Harbor Tech Center in Federal Hill before walking over to Betamore for the return of Refresh Baltimore.

Refresh Baltimore: After a long hiatus, Refresh Baltimore returns Thursday for a presentation by Tracey Halvorsen of Fastspot.
