Immigrant entrepreneurs founded 25% of tech, engineering startups in MD since 2006 [Report]

Maryland is “one of seven states where immigrants founded more than 24 percent of … technology businesses,” according to Capital News Service.

That figure comes from a recent Kauffman Foundation report, which found that about 25 percent of technology and engineering companies in Maryland have immigrant founders.
