Jen Devor

Jen Devor is the vice president of business development and operations at PACT. With a career rooted in business development, nonprofit leadership, and community advancement, Jen brings nearly a decade of experience working across the Greater Philadelphia region’s innovation ecosystem. At PACT, she leads operations and drives growth strategies that fuel the organization’s mission. Jen is passionate about connecting people, building partnerships, and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators. Jen lives in the city with her family and can often be found exploring parks, singing karaoke, or cheering on her daughter at roller derby.
