Janice Omadeke

Janice Omadeke is the CEO and founder of The Mentor Method, the leading platform for connecting diverse tech talent to career mentors from companies increasing their diverse hiring pipeline. Omadeke is certified in Entrepreneurship from MIT. Accelerators including MIT's Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, the 1776 Global Accelerator and SEED SPOT support Omadeke for her innovative and scalable solution to bridging the diversity gap in tech. Omadeke also attended the White House Summit on Building the Tech Workforce of Tomorrow and is a member of Rent the Runway Foundation's Project Entrepreneur Class of 2017 as a top 10 finalist.
