Eugene Young

Eugene Young is the advocacy director at the Delaware Center for Justice and candidate for mayor of Wilmington. Born and raised on Wilmington's East Side, Young graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County with a dual major in information systems and sociology. Upon returning home to Wilmington, he cofounded the nonprofit Delaware Elite, a leadership development program that has mentored over 200 young men in Wilmington.
