Technical.ly’s inaugural Hiring and Workplace Culture Trends Report is here. How can it fit into your people ops plans for 2021?

Well, that’s exactly what we will be discussing in this Wednesday’s BuildingUp webinar. Just last week we announced this new quarterly series, which has evolved out of our ongoing work tracking and reporting on what, and who, it takes to build better workplaces.

Next Wednesday, Feb. 24, at 11 a.m. EST we will host a live discussion centered around our recently released report discussing what it all means, and what companies and HR leaders should be addressing now and going forward.

You can expect to hear honest conversations around questions like “How did your business respond to 2020’s racial justice movement, and what’s happening now?” and “What hard, foundational questions should HR and culture leaders be asking of their orgs?”

If you haven’t yet downloaded the report, you can familiarize yourself with the themes beforehand:

  • Foundation (think mission, vision, values)
  • DEI
  • Remote work
  • Outputs
  • Alumni

Technically Media CEO and cofounder Chris Wink will moderate; speakers will include:

It’s all happening 11 a.m. to noon EST on the 24th.
