Adobe’s Megan Reinhardt says Philly’s design community is “pretty vibrant.”

It’s part of the reason why the San Jose software giant is coming to Philly to host a Creative Jam, a design blitz featuring Behance portfolio reviews, a live design competition and talks by local designers from studios like Bluecadet and ChopDawg.

“We’re looking to bring the community together and see what people are up to,” said Reinhardt. “We’re also hoping people can take a look at Adobe XD.”

Adobe hosts the events year round in different cities. It’s the third year the company has chosen Philly as a site for the get-together, which happens once or twice a month year round.

Local designers looking to get in on the competition can reach out to Reinhardt by emailing megank [at] adobe [dot] com.

On Thursday, Reinhardt is sticking around for a “Breakfast with XD” meetup at Indy Hall, featuring demos of the user experience design software and a Q&A session with Adobe product managers.
