Center City-based ecommerce company Sidecar may not pay those “Best places to work” lists too much attention, but the company’s new offices sure do look fancy.
The company moved into its new 15,000-square-foot digs at One South Broad last month. The current employee headcount is at 100 employees, with the goal of growing that number by at least 15 percent over the next three months. We’re watching this growth with great interest.

“We have room to grow and opportunities to expand in the building here in Philadelphia, and some of the team is expanding outside of Philly as well,” Sidecar CEO Andre Golsorkhi told Technical.ly.
Part of that expansion, by the way, will be overseas. Check back for more information on that soon.

“The key driving factor was growth. Our new space accommodates our expanding team and the facilities we need to continue being successful,” Golsorkhi said.

Between Sidecar’s impressive growth, the recent acquisition/spinoff combo from RJMetrics, and Weblinc’s growth spur by way of an acquisition in Canada, Philly’s ecommerce game is on a roll.
