Here’s the proposed Comcast contract with the City of Philadelphia

Under the proposed 15-year contract, Comcast will launch a $500,000 “Digital Inclusion Alliance Fund,” open a call center in Philadelphia that will hire 200 and improve customer service in the city. No help for city schools, though.
