Poptent has raised $6.8 million in venture capital funding after converting from a California LLC to a corporation based in Delaware, Citybizlist reports. The crew’s been busy since we interviewed them in March.

Community Capital Works, a Philadelphia program run by the Philadelphia Development Partnership, which will be used to provide business training and technical assistance to low-income entrepreneurs.
