Struggling with online marketing? This webinar aims to make sense of it

If you’ve been relying more on online customer interaction in 2020, you’re not alone. Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the U.S. in March, both consumers and businesses have relied on the internet for nearly everything, from groceries to entertainment to education.

If you’re still getting the hang of online marketing for your small biz — and lack the funds to hire a pro at the moment — the Emerging Enterprise Center is offering an affordable option on Tuesday, July 28, from 11 a.m. to noon on Zoom.

Designed for businesses owners who are just getting started with online marketing and/or aren’t seeing the results they want, the webinar, “Making Sense of Online Marketing,” will focus on basics such as:

• How people find you online
• How to set yourself up for success using website, ecommerce solutions, email marketing and social media
• How to encourage new and repeat business using the Engagement Marketing model

The webinar will be presented by Jenna Shaffer, digital marketing expert and programs marketing manager
for the marketing platform Constant Contact.
