Columbia and NoVa TechBreakfasts take place this week. The local Drupal Meetup convenes at Bertha’s in Fells Point. Chesapeake Regional Tech Council holds its eighth annual TechAwards on Thursday at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Hotel.
