Every year like clockwork, the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas hijacks the tech world’s attention for a couple of days.

And yes, it also means we at Technical.ly get to check in with some of our community members stunting from Sin City without actually having to get over there (just like we did last year).

Here are some of the reports we’ve gotten back thus far from the benchmark trade show.

Founder Felicite Moorman and CTO Ryan Buchert are Philly staples at CES. This year, Moorman took to Twitter to chronicle her day-to-day using the tag #WTFelicite. Follow along to watch her chronicle the long registration lines, back-to-back meetings with clients and her current shoe-change count:

Yasmine Mustafa is still in China getting stuff ready for the upcoming rollout of her company’s flagship Athena product, but cofounder Anthony Gold is repping the brand on Indiegogo’s suite in Eureka Park, where the crowdfunding site is highlighting its most successful projects.

“So many amazing products here focused on making a difference in the world,” Gold told Technical.ly in a quick email from Las Vegas. “It’s an honor to be among them. Seeing a ton of partnership opportunities now that ROAR is very close to shipping. Being showcased by Indiegogo among their ‘top’ products, including our Athena safety device, is incredibly exciting.”

CMO Kevin Garton is repping the Malvern, Pa.-based internet of things company at the trade show. He joined three other execs in a conference on smart homes.

Though they didn’t get a booth, Callowhill-based delivery service had presence at the trade show by way of VP Daniel Folkman, who splashed down on Thursday in Las Vegas for a series of meetings with potential brand partners.
