It’s cool to see Philly entrepreneurs get national airtime, especially when they’re giving a stump speech on their craft.
This time it was Guru CEO Rick Nucci who faced the cameras on Bloomberg TV on Wednesday, talking all things artificial intelligence with host Anthony Lacavera.
“It’s a really cool time to be working on enterprise software,” Nucci said in the interview. “Just like when we did in 2007, when everyone was talking about the cloud, [now] everyone is talking about the fundamental opportunities that artificial intelligence can bring to the world of enterprise computing.”
The Nooch also gave a shout to Slack, the workplace communication tool you’re probably logged in to in a neighboring tab, and the capabilities Guru offers for the system.
“It’s the fastest growing enterprise company — ever,” Nucci said. “Companies are adopting Slack as step one and then step two is integrating other enterprise services in the messaging platform. It really changes the way we get things done internally.”
