Here’s your chance to ask Mayor Kenney anything about tech

We're hosting a mayoral town hall on May 2 at the Free Library as part of Philly Tech Week 2016.

Last year, then-mayoral candidate Jim Kenney impressed the crowd at our mayoral forum during Philly Tech Week 2015 presented by Comcast.

Now that he’s mayor, he’s back for another round at Philly Tech Week 2016 presented by Comcast. (Remember how we said that Kenney was game to engage with the tech scene, though he admits tech is out of his comfort zone? This is a good example of that.)

Our mayoral town hall is on Monday, May 2 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Free Library’s Central Branch (1901 Vine St.). It’s free.

RSVP

A panel of Philadelphia tech and entrepreneurship leaders will join Mayor Kenney on stage for a conversation about topics like economic development, the digital divide and open data. The panel features:

Audience members will have the chance to contribute their own questions via Twitter.
