Curalate built this super heady (but fun) emoji tool

Curalate presents the Emojini: “Our core question is simple: if people use emojis to describe images, is there a connection between the emoji and the visual content of the image?”

This is pretty accurate. (Screenshot)

Kudos to the brains at Curalate — like Ph.D. Louis Kratz — for building the headiest take on emojis we’ve ever seen.
It’s called The Emojini 3000 and it uses ~deep learning~ to pair emojis with images. It’s a little complicated to explain but it’s fun to play with, so just go try it and share screenshots of what you find.
