There’s another WeWork coming to town

It'll be above the Cheesecake Factory at 15th and Walnut.

WeWork continues its march into Philadelphia.
The coworking giant hasn’t opened its first location, in Northern Liberties, yet, but news just surfaced of a second location: atop the Cheesecake Factory at 15th and Walnut. It’s nearly 14,000 square feet, which pales in comparison to the gigantic spaces that D.C.’s MakeOffices is opening in Philly (their biggest is 67,000 square feet in Center City).
The out-of-market coworking giants are coming for Philadelphia hard. MakeOffices plans to open three spaces (one is already open), WeWork has two so far and Industrious had two in the works, though it’s not clear what the latest is with the second location.
