The new BuLogics office is an old East Falls movie theater

Smart-home company BuLogics just moved into a new office that’s almost twice the size of its old digs in East Falls.
It used to be an old-school “synchronized sound movie theatre” — the projection booth is still in the space, said CEO Felicite Moorman. BuLogics moved into the 5,000-square-foot space to accommodate hiring plans. The company employs nearly 20, including Joan Soskin, a young entrepreneur who recently moved from Cleveland to Philly.
BuLogics also made room in the new space for DreamIt Ventures companies IglooHome and Root, Moorman said.
Two years ago, BuLogics moved from Malvern into the city to be closer to talent.
