As pedestrians and cyclists took to the streets last weekend during the papal visit, Cory Popp did what he does best and filmed the whole city in all its car-less glory.
An “urbanist utopia” indeed.
“These images are the rarest I’ve ever taken in Philadelphia,” Popp wrote.
