If the universe is a game, how can we hack it?
That’s the question that drove Dain Saint’s talk at the Game Developers Conference, the biggest game dev conference in the world, held last month in San Francisco. The Cipher Prime cofounder’s talk got a shoutout in GDC’s highlights blog post. Now you can watch the talk, complete with slides.

(Seriously, watch it. It’s funny and thought-provoking, Saint comes off unexpectedly professorial and his slides are actually fun to watch.)
Saint’s cofounder, Will Stallwood, also spoke at GDC as part of a workshop on failure. You can see his talk here. It was their first time speaking at the conference.
