How 3D printing is like a bottle of fine wine: NextFab’s Brandon Boulden

"Not everyone knows about it and not everyone will have one."

When thinking about the future of home 3D printing, Brandon Boulden says to think of a good bottle of wine.

“Not everyone knows about it and not everyone will have one,” he said in an interview with Geekadelphia.

Boulden, one of NextFab’s first employees, runs the Graduate Hospital makerspace’s laser processes and 3D imaging departments. He develops classes and workshops and also researches new 3D printing technologies for NextFab to acquire.
