Users of Apple iOS 8 (and OS X 10.10) will be able to set DuckDuckGo as their default search engine in Safari, The Verge reported. Currently, Safari users can change their default search engine from Google to either Bing or Yahoo.
After a year of more than one billion searches, it seems like another win for the Paoli-based search engine that promises not to track you online. DuckDuckGo also recently launched a new look.
