New York City real estate developers Midwood Investment and Development completed demolition on a property at 15th and Walnut Streets to make room for a three-story retail building. The developers use a North Carolina-based service called TrueLook to capture real-time images of the construction site.

It’s not clear if Midwood does this for every construction site (we have some calls out to them) but it’s an interesting tool to hold the demolition team accountable. Though, of course, it’s paid for by the people who it’s meant to hold accountable.
