Jenn Lukas wanted to help women get into public speaking. So the freelance developer created Ladies In Tech, a website that has articles, podcasts and resources from women from all over the country.

Other Philly women in tech, like AWeber UX specialist Jessica Ivins and GirlDevelopIt Philly co-organizer Yasmine Mustafa, have also spoken about the importance of getting more technologist women to speak publicly.
