Organized by Indy Hall head Alex Hillman and Slash7 founder Amy Hoy, BaconBiz brought together entrepreneurs from all over the world — Canada, New Zealand, Japan — to discuss the art of bootstrapping. It was an intimate two-day conference, held at Slash7‘s Old City office, with attendance capped at 45.
The topic of bootstrapping is one that Hillman and Hoy take seriously: stop the noise about high-risk, venture backed startups and build real companies that make revenue from the start, they say.
