Solve Media launched mobile ads through its CAPTCHA-esque “type-in” system and its first customer seems pleased, AdWeek reported.

Unilever tested the new mobile ad network for its Wish-Bone Italian salad dressing and reported an 87 percent increase in purchase intent, which is ad-speak for a customer’s plan to purchase the item in the future. Instead of typing in an illegible jumble of letters, with Solve Media’s new mobile ads, users type in a word from an ad. Read the whole AdWeek story here.

The Center City company recently announced it would open a London office.
