To name a few, there’s Mark Headd, the city’s newly hired Chief Data Officer, who will talk about the city’s open data plans, Neil Budde of the Philadelphia Public Interest Information Network, who will speak about the future of OpenDataPhilly and Tamara Manik-Perlman of Azavea, who will talk about the company’s recent voter ID analysis.
