Yardley’s Lifeshield Security has raised a round of $8 million in funding from Newspring Capital, Associated Group, Novitas Capital, Centerpoint Ventures, First Round Capital, MHS Capital and others, the company reports.
TicketLeap has added the ability for event pages to be made customizable with backgrounds, photos and text color. The company is also helping with some event marketing strategy, with an explanation on how to use discount codes to promote events.
