“While the Startup Maryland TeamFinder has specific features tailored to needs of their community, the best part is that TeamFinder also integrates with the full CoFoundersLab database of thousands of entrepreneurs,” said Shahab Kaviani, co-founder of CoFoundersLab and Startup Maryland Champion, to MDBizNews.

CoFoundersLab, which bills itself as a “matchmaking” service for entrepreneurs interested in partnering up with someone else for help running their startups, was the winner of the inaugural Pitch Across Maryland competition. It beat out 167 other startups who pitched their ventures in a statewide contest sponsored by Startup Maryland in September.
