Whistleblowers are a brave breed, exposing truths when their well-being and, potentially, lives can be at risk.
Sometimes it’s hard to weigh the pros and cons, which is why TEDxWilmington would like to present you with all the facts and angles this Saturday. The event will take place at the Wilmington Public Library at no cost and will commemorate the the first whistleblower protection law, which was passed by the first Continental Congress on the same day in 1778. This will be TEDxWilmington’s third “salon” event in a series of five.
The event starts at 11 a.m. and will end at 3:30 p.m. Seven speakers will give talks on topics surrounding the theme.
Even though the event is free, organizers would like attendees to RSVP to ensure a proper headcount.
