The president-elect of the Delaware chapter of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Bartholomew Dalton, is calling for more technology in the court system.
Earlier this week — after amassing more than 1,000 responses from lawyers and judges — the professional association issued some guidance.
“They need information systems that allow them to share information between each other and among each other, and in doing so, reach better decisions,” Dalton told WDEL.
The report was requested by the Delaware Supreme Court and was conducted in partnership with the Delaware State Bar Association.
