Georgetown-based Halcyon is hosting its first homecoming event on Oct. 1 to introduce the community to its incubator and arts lab fellows. The virtual celebration is free for all attendees, but there’s some VIP tickets and sponsorship packages for DMV guests for an extra special experience equipped with champagne from Bethesda’s Total Wine & More and snacks from D.C.’s Foodhini delivered to your door.

Halcyon Homecoming will kick off with a pre-show countdown at 6:45 p.m. ahead of the main event at 7 p.m. Also, the incubator — which recently scored a big grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce to expand its Opportunity Intensive program — is hosting an online auction until tomorrow with packages curated by Halcyon fellows and community members. I spy some travel packages, artwork, consultations and more.
