Earlier this month U.K.-born and Baltimore-headquartered Jellyfish announced it had opened a brand-new office in Reston, Va.

The digital agency plans to make this particular East Coast extension its development and tech hub, and as such will be hiring. “Our new office in Reston is ideally situated to draw from a strong talent pool in the metro D.C. area,” Jim Hamilton, managing director and head of U.S. agency at Jellyfish, said in a statement.

What’s the company looking for? Among other roles, Jellyfish is hiring a lead front-end developer to build sites for external clients as well as work on agency-owned products. For the right person the job is an opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of projects.

“Our team will be working on everything from simple content-managed websites to advanced mobile apps for national and international clients,” Jellyfish CTO Paramjeet Sanghera said. “It’s an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates who are looking to take on new challenges.”

Jellyfish employs almost 100 in the U.S. and around 350 around the world — the Reston office will ultimately be home to about 20 employees. See more jobs here.
