Tax Day 2017 is just around the corner, and for business owners, pending tax responsibilities are a little more complex than the average.

What should you know about small business bookkeeping and taxes? The Washington DC Economic Partnership is hosting a DC Biz Chat (part of a series previously known as Entrepreneur Road Map) to go over all your small business tax questions.

The event, planned for Feb. 28, will cover filing considerations, when to hire an accountant, what resources are available to D.C. entrepreneurs and more. Speakers at the event include D.C. Tax Commissioner Keith Richardson, so all information will be truly straight from the horse’s mouth (so to speak).

Get tickets ($20)

DC Biz Chat is part of WDCEP’s perennial interest in encouraging entrepreneurship in the District. WDCEP also does this through its AccelerateDC program, a yearly presence at SXSW and more.
