Arlington-based Veenome, a company that analyzes videos for their marketing potential, was acquired for an undisclosed sum by Integral Ad Science, the New York-based company announced Wednesday.
“We have spent years building Veenome’s services to be the most advanced at quantifying the quality of video, and our portfolio of products will make for a perfect integration with Integral’s world-class capabilities,” Kevin Lenane, the cofounder and CEO of Veenome, said in the release. “We are excited to join forces with Integral Ad Science.”
We reported earlier this year that Veenome had borrowed $400,000.
