$436M generated by Maryland’s app economy, state ranks 15th overall in ‘app intensity’
Crabs, football and smart phone apps. That’s what Maryland does. According to a new study, Maryland ranks number 15 among all U.S. states in “app intensity,” the ratio of jobs developing iOS and Android apps to the total number of jobs in state, something that produces $436 million in revenue annually.
