The Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC) is a city-contracted, quasi-public nonprofit based in the downtown/Inner Harbor area. BDC aims to improve the city’s business climate through a mix of programs, including incentive program support and real estate development assistance. It counts ETC Baltimore, the Made in Baltimore Program, the Baltimore BASE (Business Assistance and Support for Equity) Network and Baltimore Together among its ventures.
