As of Nov. 14, AT&T‘s 4G LTE network is available in Anne Arundel County, including parts of Maryland’s capital, Annapolis, according to a press release.

The company began its expansion of its 4G LTE network in parts of Washington, D.C., and Maryland in Oct. 2011, and has been expanding since.
“We’ve seen positive response from customers on our 4G LTE launch in Maryland, and … we’re continuing our rollout of fast 4G LTE speeds to more areas,” said J. Michael Schweder, president of AT&T Mid-Atlantic, in the release.
AT&T’s 4G LTE expansion into Anne Arundel County comes on the heels of its spending $82 million during the first half of 2012 to prepare its wired and wireless networks in Maryland for 4G service. According to AT&T, its 4G LTE network is now available in 103 markets nationwide.
