What better way to spend a decade since the inception of the spreadsheet-worthy Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance than the third annual Baltimore Data Day?
Held Friday at the University of Baltimore, the annual data pilgramage was again put on in part by the college’s Jacob France Institute, which is largely behind the alliance’s collection of “vital signs,” like crime, sanitation and community housing, that indicate how a community has changed over time.
