Sinai Hospital is hosting a pair of events in one night for entrepreneurs

The recently-opened Sinai Hospital Bioincubator has an evening of events next week that will be of interest to entrepreneurs.
The incubator’s opening last June was the latest indication of the expanding boundaries of innovation in Baltimore. Establishing space for growing companies within the walls of a hospital was a new step, and it added some always-in-demand wet labs for startups to the market.
On March 23, the incubator is holding the latest talk in its Lifebridge Health Distinguished Speaker Series. Yair Flicker, President of Canton-based dev firm SmartLogic, will give a talk titled, “How Not to Hire Your First 10 Employees: Lessons from the Trenches.” A description said he will also cover management techniques. Sinai plans to hold additional lectures in the series in April and May.
After the talk, BioBuzz returns to Baltimore. The statewide group that links the biotech community is holding its latest networking event. It’s a chance to entrepreneurs and other key players in the ecosystem.
