Now that commencement is over, Jellyfish is looking to give grads a crash course in digital marketing.
The latest edition of the Jellyfish Academy is set to begin on June 20, and it’s focused on paid media. It comes amid growth at the UK-headquartered agency’s Inner Harbor office.
The three-month Academy is aimed at new and recent college grads, and no previous experience in digital marketing is required. Participants get paid full-time.

Training modules are led by Jellyfish team members to work toward certifications. Academy participants also get hands-on experience working as part of one of the agency’s teams.
“With expert supervision from their mentor, this on-the-job experience really helps accelerate their learning and works better than endless days of theory,” said Jellyfish head of paid media Daniel Wilkinson. “It also helps provide relevant context for the things they are learning.”
It’s also been a path to a job. Currently, 89 percent of the agency’s stateside paid search team is made up of Academy grads, the company reports.
