We love covering tech communities in the Northeast and examining the similarities and differences between startup scenes in the corridor, but we rarely get a good perspective on how the cities we cover compare to our brethren across the U.S.
That’s why we invited New Orleans startup entrepreneur J. Anthony Miguez to do an AMA on the Technical.ly Slack, Wednesday at 1 p.m.
We’re excited to ask Miguez, who moved to New Orleans from Wilmington, Del., about the startup scene in the Big Easy (including its useful angel investor tax credit and its hosting of Collision in 2016). But this AMA is about community participation, so we want you involved. Technical.ly Baltimore lead reporter Stephen Babcock, who lived in NOLA for six years, will serve as moderator.
Ask a question at the AMA to qualify for a chance to win a copy of Smart People Should Build Things by Venture for America founder Andrew Yang.
