Watch this debate on NSA surveillance hosted by Johns Hopkins [VIDEO]

Former NSA director Gen. Michael Hayden squared off against Dr. David Cole, a professor of constitutional law, national security and criminal justice at Georgetown University.

The nearly hour-and-a-half-long debate is below, saved to Hopkins’ new livestream channel.
